Another week, and another jump up the #travel1k charts; from last week’s #142, up for the week of October 3rd 16 more places to #126. Better and better!

This week we saw the biggest climbs from Amyfallon (up 1271 places to 424th), Jamie Pearson (up 1194 places to 499th), and Melissa Shales (up 1102 places to 593rd).

Wherever you go, you will see spectacular history! Whether you walk or take a cab, you will be surprised to see the bounty of rich sites spread throughout this magical city. Well, Istanbul is an interesting city yes, but when that’s the last post and it dates before we even started this blog, we’re somewhat wondering how it rates this far … ah, 111K Twitter followers. That would be the difference.

Technically, BuiltWith tells us it’s a standard WordPress + JetPack setup, and as always we recommend Dreampress as your best choice for that, free Jetpack Professional and all; and … and no advertising or tracking or SEO plugins? None at all? Wow, that’s beyond minimalistic, that’s downright unprecedented. But, it does rather match the last blog upload being February 2017…

Well, this one certainly gets the award for Least Active Blog in our review series here — but somewhere in the past we’d already stumbled across@TravelEsquire to follow, and they were gracious enough to follow us back to boot, which always speaks well of people’s taste and courtesy —
